  • Proactive: Developed EV charging ambassador program and crafted driver spotlight profiles, interviewing drivers by phone and/or email and editing their responses for clarity and impact.

  • Inclusive: Promoted that driving electric is for everyone—not just wealthy folks or people in California.

  • Collaborative: Worked with social media team to recruit prospective EV ambassadors who hailed from different regions and drove different vehicles. Collaborated with design team on compelling campaign imagery.

  • Rewarding: Profiles attracted web traffic, engaged ambassadors, and showed electric is for all. Plus, participants received a fun ambassador “swag bag” including branded license plate holders, t-shirts, and more.
